Franklin
Physical Therapy Clinic is a division of the Patterson Medical &
Diagnostic Center. We are located at 1020 South Main Street and
will be on your far right as you enter the drive to the Patterson
Medical & Diagnostic Center. Physical
therapy is the healing of the tissue(s) of the body through the use of
modalities such as ultrasound, phonophoresis, electrical stimulation,
iontophoresis, moist heat/ice, and cervical/lumbar traction combined
with proper exercise in which the patient is an active
participant. Manual techniques may be used as well including soft
tissue mobilization/massage and joint mobilizations to decrease pain
and increase mobility.
Franklin
Physical Therapy Clinic provides physical therapy services to the
orthopedic
patient, neurological patient, neck/back pain patient, hand patient,
injured worker, total joint replacement patient, sports medicine
patient, and those who suffer pain from a motor vehicle accident. Our
physical therapist has over nine years of experience at treating these
conditions. As a patient, your information will be handled as
confidential and you will receive consistent and attentive care.
All you need is an order from your physician to begin physical therapy
for your condition. You can then contact our office or stop by
our clinic and we will provide you with a
patient information form to fill out. We will then contact your
insurance company for you to determine exactly what your PT benefits
are. Franklin
Physical Therapy Clinic accepts most insurances. After
verifying your insurance, you will be scheduled for an appointment to
get you well on your way to the healing process. Remember that
you have the right to choose where you would like to have your therapy
done just as you have the right to choose who your doctor is. We
would appreciate it if your choice was Franklin Physical Therapy.

Ask your doctor to allow Franklin Physical Therapy Clinic to provide
your PT services for you. You will be greeted warmly by Tiffany
Starks, Office Manager who will verify your insurance and schedule your
appointment. Tammy Rogers, PT, Certified MDT, will perform your
initial evaluation and will follow you through your plan of care.
You will be
educated about your condition and be given the instruction needed to
take control of your problem to return to normal function.
