Patterson Medical & Diagnostic Center welcome TFC to our facility. Total Fitness is located at 1020 South Main Street and will be on your far right as you enter the drive to the Patterson Medical & Diagnostic Center. Physical therapy is the healing of the tissue(s) of the body through the use of modalities such as ultrasound, phonophoresis, electrical stimulation, iontophoresis, moist heat/ice, and cervical/lumbar traction combined with proper exercise in which the patient is an active participant. Manual techniques may be used as well including soft tissue mobilization/massage and joint mobilizations to decrease pain and increase mobility.
Total Fitness Connection is a Licensed Rehabilitation Agency with offices located in Bowling Green, Franklin and Owensboro Kentucky.
We specialize in Orthopedic and Neurological Rehabilitation, Biomechanical Analysis, Joint Bracing and Taping, Sports Medicine, Industrial Rehabilitation, Job Site Analysis, FCEs, Injury Prevention Training, Wellness Programs, Total Joint Replacement, Fibromyalgia, Hand Therapy, Aquatic Therapy, Spinal Mobilization, Orthotic Fabrication, as well as Medical Referral Recommendations and Screening.
We offer a state-of-the-art, fully equipped rehabilitation clinic, featuring a fully operational fitness center, and a complete wet area for relaxation, exercise, and rehabilitation. Our full service wet area includes an indoor heated lap pool, whirlpool, sauna, and steam room.

All you need is an order from your physician to begin physical therapy for your condition. You can then contact our office or stop by our clinic and we will provide you with a patient information form to fill out. We will then contact your insurance company for you to determine exactly what your PT benefits are. TFC Clinic accepts most insurances. After verifying your insurance, you will be scheduled for an appointment to get you well on your way to the healing process. Remember that you have the right to choose where you would like to have your therapy done just as you have the right to choose who your doctor is. We would appreciate it if your choice was TFC. Our staff is committed to providing quality physical therapy in this community.
Ask your doctor to allow Total Fitness Connection to provide your PT services for you. You will be greeted warmly by our staff who will verify your insurance and schedule your appointment. Certified physical therapist will perform your initial evaluation and will follow you through your plan of care. You will be educated about your condition and be given the instruction needed to take control of your problem to return to normal function.
